Re-roofs

Whether your current roof is tired and failing, or you want to increase your properties value and create a stylish new exterior, your roof is the first thing you see.

Marley Ashmore

The Marley Ashmore is very popular tile as it creates the effect of a traditional rosemary tile, yet only used 20 tiles per square meter, rather than 60. This makes it a much more affordable option when re-roofing traditional houses.

Using a continuous dry verge on this Marley Ashmore re-roof, we kept a traditional look while adding a modern finish

Make it stand out.

On this re-roof, we used a Marley Modern tile, a continuous dry verge and a dry ridge system.

Updating the look.

Using new Spanish slate to stay in keeping with the original property, we modernised this 200 year old villa as well as fixing all the issues from the previous roof.

Low Pitch

Often we find builders have used the wrong tile for extensions as some tiles are specific for lower pitches which causes long term problems and leaks. Using a Redland Regent tile the pitch can go as low as 12.5 degrees.
